Grants of Arms
The Grand Duke of Westarctica is a functioning Fons Honorum.  No
only can the Grand Duke create new nobles, he may bestow a grant
of arms to worthy individuals.  Should you believe yourself worthy of
the honor, contact the Westarctican College of Heraldry.  The College
will design a unique Blazon for you and record it in our Nation
Armorial.  This honor is rarely granted to non-citizens.
